I&P Global Limited is a young and fast-growing Engineering and Construction Company involves in Electrical & Instrumentation, Mechanical and Civil Engineering Services as well as Sales and Supply and Labor hiring. I & P Global Limited also partner institutions to do skill assessment and technical training for companies..

The Role:

I&P Global Limited want to support and develop high caliber Graduate talent within the Finance function, to create our Finance and Business leaders of the future. We want to nurture broad and rounded Finance skills and experience, coupled with industry specific business expertise, to add significant value throughout our business operations.

During your 2-year programme you will help the business to understand its performance against KPI’s such as budget, forecasts and market and it value chain. The role will have exposure to the wider finance function and will liaise directly with the Operational and Commercial Teams.

Key accountabilities will include; weekly sales and supply reporting, business improvement projects, monthly analysis and margin, budget and forecast control, production of costings, optimization and customer account planning.

As part of IPGL Graduate Talent Programme we recognize the importance of developing the breadth of your knowledge and experience to make you one of the future leaders of our business. Your development will be through on the job training, in-house training, online study provision and support, and undertaking further training where required.

QUALIFICATION:

• HND or Degree in Accounting and Finance, or similar relevant subject.
• At least one (1) year national service
• An ambitious individual with a thirst for knowledge and experience.
• Desire to work in a true management accounting role in a fast-paced food environment.
• Ability to deal with multiple stakeholder priorities.
• Skilled in making Finance accessible to non-finance leaders.
• Flexible personality.
• Integrity values.
• Career Minded Someone who strives towards self-progression Ambitious and Driven.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• A demonstrable interest in the engineering and construction industry.
• Preferable people from Tarkwa and its environs is a plus.
• Valid Driving License.

Job Location:

Tarkwa but requires travel where necessary.
