I&P Global Limited is currently recruiting an Business Development – Graduate Trainee.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least one (1) year national service
• Ensure KPI’s are achieved as outlined within IPGL Business Plan
• Experience of managing budget
• Flexible personality.
• Integrity values
• Customer oriented with a proactive approach.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• To work as part of the team and to contribute to the achievement of its overall objectives.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and externally.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Preferable people from Tarkwa and its environs is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

HND Marketing or Business Management/Administration Degree.
